Will you register a domain name for me when I signup?
emedia-webhosting.com is not a domain registrar and we feel it is best to leave domain registrations to those who specialize in just that, while we focus on providing you with the best Web Hosting possible. We do however recommend godaddy.com as they provide exceptional support and extremely competitive pricing for domain registrations.
Can I have more than one domain name "pointing" to my website?
Yes. Many customers want the .com, .net, and .org versions of their domain name all pointing to their website. This is known as domain parking, or domain pointing and each of our hosting plans provide unlimited parked domains.
Why do I have to change the name servers for my domain?
A name server is like a telephone book, so when you type a web address into your web browser, the browser looks up your domain name and then contacts the name servers for your domain to determine where your domain is hosted. If you do not update the name servers for your domain, web browsers will not be able to locate your site on our servers.
How do I change my name servers to point to your servers?
Each domain registrar is different and has their own procedures for changing the name servers associated with your domain. Our customer support team has extensive experience with many of the domain registrar's and will gladly assist you with this process.

I've changed my name servers, how long will it take before I can see my site?
